The name SuperU refers to YOU being empowered to find the 'Best' version of yourself, your SuperU. We have also incorporated the wording 'for Life' as the programme is aimed at maintaining your improved you.

The Positive5 refers to the the 'Five Positive Actions' that you will be introduced to as part of this unique personal effectiveness and wellbeing programme. They are Positive Thinking, Positive Talk, Positive Action, Positive Sleep and Positive Morning STARTS. Using them each day will help you to become your SuperU.

Currently our main focus is on delivering the the SuperU for Life Positive5 programme for Businesses, Schools and for Individual clients.

We offer a range of options for Businesses and Schools of either one day or half day versions. Although the FULL programme takes 12 hours to complete.

For Personal clients on an individual or group basis, the duration of the session is either one or two hours. It takes 12 hours to complete the FULL programme.

For Businesses and Schools the sessions are usually delivered in a suitable space at their own organisation's premises or on-line.

Individual or Group Personal sessions are delivered at an appropriate venue depending on the individual or groups requirements or on-line.

For Businesses and Schools, a projector, screen, WiFi and sound system will be required to deliver the programme from our laptop.

Depending on the group size, an additional requirement would include a wireless hand held microphone.

For individual and group Personal sessions we will provide the equipment.
